I love Bey. It's seems she's dressed for the occasion, based on what the people around her are wearing. Still, I'm never a fan of daisies that rise up in the crotch area. For me the shorts are a no-go. But Bey is fab anyway. Love Her!

I love herlook. I am not a shorts wearer, but if I was I would rock the look-- even the hat!
