Kerry Washington looks amazing in this blue ensemble. She is serving it up H2T (head to toe) honey! Everyone knows I j'adore a blue ensemble and I love the corresponding blue eyeshadow. Not too severe but just right. Continuity in an ensemble is key. All the shades of blue are different but they somehow work together. This look definitely screams "Look At Me Bitch" making her a certified LAMB!
