Love This Tutorial: Rainbow Brite Eyes

While I was perusing YouTube in search of new make up things to try I came across joyluvsmakeup and her "Rainbow Brite" Tutorial. Not that I haven't seen rainbow tutorials before, but I really like this because its simple and I think anyone can do it. I plan on trying it in the next few days. I'm now thinking that I might want to be Rainbow Brite for Halloween. That was one of my favorite cartoons when I was a child so I think it would be nice to vamp it up and make it sexy.
